Dill Salmon

When I was just thirteen years old, I got my first subscription to a magazine, and it was Bon Appetit.  I loved looking at the photographs from all over the world, reading the recipes, and getting inspiration for everything I wanted to cook, but especially for my first forays into throwing dinner parties.

I have been doing this ever since.

This recipe is one that has stood the test of time, and has been a big hit with my immediate family, as well as my Auntie, cousins, and friends.

Dill Salmon:

2 T chopped fresh dill

1 T Dijon mustard

1-2 tsp. brown sugar

2 T extra virgin olive oil

Salmon

 

Mix dill, mustard, brown sugar, and olive oil in a small bowl

Spread onto salmon

Bake at 450 for approx. 10min
